Developed by Timothy R West, a twenty year veteran market technician, this blog is dedicated to the US stock market indexes for intraday timing for defined risk entries and exits. The systematic approach will typically find 1 to 3 trades per day that can be expected to yield 2% to 10% returns per month.

It hit full profit, but I pulled the chute once I saw the HEAVY PUT BUYING. Here's the message folks: If you get a "1 hour signal" then expect that I can change my mind within that "1 hour" because that is all the time that is really implied in the signal. I realize I have other signals that are a 3-hour variety, but I just hoped to address the hypocrisy. 12:00NOON EST 94.28 last DIA
VERY TEMPTED TO USE THIS AS A "GO LONG" signal for DIA here.... The call buying and put selling in the first 60 minutes was followed by a heavy dose of put buying (which is bullish).
This is one reason why I am a bit nervous about being short is that the VIX is so HIGH overall and it could very well collapse back down to the 40-35-30 level this month, which would imply better liquidity in the market and likely higher prices, but not necessarily.
