3 Hour Rule Kicked in @ 12:30PM

I made a mis-calculation. Put buying started at 9:30AM (not 10:30AM)

So by 12:30PM the "3 Hour Rule" kicked in.

From 12:30 to now there has been a nice 1% run up in S&P futures.
